During the ten days of Navratri and Dussehra celebrations, Navi Mumbai’s streets, junctions, and lanes were covered with illegal banners, flexes, and congratulatory arches. Social festive greetings, was dubbed by activist to have turned the city into a canvas of unauthorised publicity.
