Hillsborough’s Isabella Ruh led all scorers with 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to guide her team to a commanding 66-23 victory over Phillipsburg in Hillsborough.

The Raiders (12-2) established control early, building a 16-8 lead after the first quarter. They expanded their advantage to 37-15 by halftime, showcasing their offensive firepower and defensive intensity.

Hillsborough continued its dominance in the third quarter, outscoring Phillipsburg 18-4 to put the game well out of reach. Alexa Gaspar contributed 15 points, seven rebounds, and three assists, while Nevya Loniewski filled the stat sheet with eight points, five rebounds, seven assists, and six steals. Morgan Bice also made a strong impact, adding six points, four rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and four steals in the winning effort.

For Phillipsburg (3-8), Madison Bethea and Naziyah Randolph each scored eight points to lead the Stateliners. Kayla Hikade added four points in the loss.

Hillsborough’s defense was particularly impressive, recording 23 team steals and eight blocks, while holding Phillipsburg to just eight points in the second half. The Raiders also dominated the glass with 34 rebounds and displayed excellent ball movement, dishing out 21 assists.

With this win, Hillsborough continues to build momentum as they look ahead to upcoming matchups.
