Escalation is the fourth mission in the Black Ops 7 Campaign. After retrieving a critical drive in previous missions, you’ve hit a roadblock: the decryption key is so complex that only a quantum computer can crack it. While the original quantum computer was destroyed, your team suspects the Guild may have another. This mission is all about uncovering the truth behind the Guild’s quantum computing capabilities.

## Escalation Mission Walkthrough
### 1. Follow the Signal & Find the Person of Interest
The mission begins inside a tunnel. Your first objective is to locate a person of interest near the Aqueduct.
– **Proceed through the tunnel:** Exit the tunnel and take the right road.
– **Continue along the road:** Soon, you’ll encounter a white van in the middle of the path.
### 2. Check the Van
– **Approach the van:** Interact with the front door when prompted.
– **Cutscene:** A brief cutscene will trigger, and you’ll be ambushed by a sniper.

### 3. Hunt Down the Sniper
– **Identify the sniper’s position:** The attack comes from a bridge above. Face southwest and look for a temporary scaffold staircase leading up.
– **Climb up:** Ascend carefully, watching out for enemies and proximity bombs scattered on the floor. Shoot the bombs from a distance to neutralize them.
#### Echo Unit Encounter
– **Find the sniper:** Once atop the bridge, you’ll spot the sniper. But it’s actually an Echo Unit (a hologram).
– **Scan the Echo Unit:** Approach and scan the hologram. This will help trace the real sniper’s position.
– **Resupply:** Nearby is a weapon cache with two snipers—Shadow SK and VS Recon. The VS Recon is highly recommended.

### 4. Track and Eliminate Priya (The Real Sniper)
– **Locate Priya Zaveri:** After scanning, face south towards the cluster of buildings; this is Priya’s area.
– **Deploy wingsuit:** Jump off the bridge and glide down using your wingsuit.
– **Battle Priya:** Use cover aggressively, as Priya uses a red laser to line up devastating shots.
– **Tactics:** Priya changes location after taking enough damage. Watch for her red laser to track her movements.
– **Echo Unit trail:** When Priya flees, head to her last location, scan the new Echo Unit, and continue the hunt.
– **Final showdown:** Locate Priya in her new spot to the south, then eliminate her.

### 5. Acquire Priya’s Network Access Card
– **Loot Priya:** Head to her corpse and pick up her access card.

– **Head west:** Proceed to the data bunker, which is heavily guarded.
– **Engage enemies:** Clear out hostile forces before entering.
– **Use the access card:** Inside, locate the console and use Priya’s card to access the servers.

– **Enter the server room:** Move to the marked servers and spike them (install the device) to help Karma access data.

– **Spike all servers:** The information will be found on the third server you spike.
– **Mission update:** Karma will now have the data to pinpoint the location of the secondary quantum computing lab in Tokyo.
