New Battle Awaits in Honkai Impact 3rd
The Honkai Impact 3rd team has announced that version 8.5, titled “A Love Full of Light”, will launch on October 23. This exciting update brings a wave of new content, featuring Elysia’s latest Rank S battlesuit, “Hi♪♥ Elf of Love”.
Captains can look forward to diving into new stories, exploring fresh locations, and earning valuable rewards through various events, weapons, and outfits.
Elysia’s New Battlesuit: Hi♪♥ Elf of Love
Elysia’s “Hi♪♥ Elf of Love” is an STS-type battlesuit that wields a bow to unleash graceful yet powerful attacks. She can summon tiny messengers to perform a four-sequence combo that deals Ice Damage, offering a unique and strategic combat style.
Along with the battlesuit, players will gain access to her signature weapon, Whispers of Pure Love, and the Days of Happiness stigma set, both released simultaneously to complement her abilities.
New God Key and Stigma Set
Adding further tactical depth to battles, the update introduces a brand-new god key named Sea-Purifying Bud, along with its PRI form, Sea-Purifying Bud: Connectedness. These will provide players with fresh strategies to master in combat.
Exploring the New Region: Difeng
The latest story chapter, “Reunited in the Light of Faith”, ushers in a new region called Difeng. This vibrant city, built by Senadina and her friends, harmoniously blends nature with technology and serves as Leylah’s hometown.
Players will explore significant landmarks such as the Natural History Memorial in Difeng as a series of mysterious events begin to unfold, marking the start of an engaging new story arc.
Main Event: With You! Youthful Dreams
The main event for this version, “With You! Youthful Dreams”, unfolds at St. Freya High School and the Goldener Hof. After Kiana wishes for a carefree school life, Ellie crafts a special one-day campus experience.
However, the fun is threatened by the emergence of strange forces, including the notorious homework mafia. Players can complete missions in this event to earn tokens, which can be redeemed for valuable rewards such as Heavy Metal’s Brainiac Dark Lord outfit and crystals.
Limited Edition Collaboration: ROG Phone 9 Gift Box
Coinciding with the in-game update, Honkai Impact 3rd will launch a limited edition ROG Phone 9 collaboration gift box. This exclusive set features an Ellie-themed design, including a custom phone case and other themed accessories.
Launching under the motto “Enlightened by Love” on October 23, this collaboration offers fans a unique way to celebrate the new update.
