**Indore Management Association Hosts 4th Women Leadership Conclave 2025**

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indore Management Association (IMA) successfully hosted the 4th Women Leadership Conclave 2025 at the Brilliant Convention Centre, drawing over 400 women professionals, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders.

Centered on the theme “Leadership, Opportunities and Entrepreneurship,” the conclave featured 12 dynamic sessions spanning diverse fields such as finance, marketing, entertainment, sustainability, and management. The event offered valuable insights on leadership and empowerment, inspiring attendees to embrace new challenges.

The conclave showcased an impressive lineup of speakers. Karuna Gopal Vartakavi shared her visionary concept of “Zero-Rape Cities” and emphasized the importance of sustainable, women-sensitive urban design. Lakshmi R. Iyer encouraged clarity, persistence, and confidence as key ingredients for achieving happiness-driven success. Nikita Kumawat highlighted the significance of learning from failure and building globally recognized Indian brands.

Ashwin Anand spoke on the importance of responsibility, empathy, and risk-taking in leadership, while Shanti Valluri Gandhi stressed curiosity, data-driven decision-making, and embracing failures as stepping stones to growth. Finance expert Lakshmi Iyer from Bajaj Finance promoted financial literacy, describing SIP therapy as the “oxygen” of independence.

Geetanjali J. Angmo blended entrepreneurship with cultural philosophies, advocating for sustainable education and eco-friendly growth. Tanya Nambiar focused on the power of self-awareness and authenticity. Prachi Mohapatra inspired the audience by sharing her inspiring journey from rural Odisha to global cybersecurity leadership.

Other notable speakers included Aanchal Dhara, who encouraged self-love and dreaming big; Ishita Moitra, who celebrated storytelling as a powerful tool; and Vaishali Waghle, who urged problem-solving as the true path to personal and professional growth.

The conclave was a vibrant celebration of women’s leadership, resilience, and vision. Participants exchanged experiences, built valuable networks, and reaffirmed their commitment to shaping a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
