49ers WRs Ricky Pearsall, Jauan Jennings officially active vs. Jaguars

The San Francisco 49ers have officially activated wide receivers Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings for today’s game, as neither player is listed on the team’s inactive list. Jennings, dealing with ankle and shoulder injuries, is expected to have a limited role. Pearsall, who was listed as questionable due to a knee injury, is set to play despite the setback.

On the defensive side, cornerback Renardo Green, sidelined with a neck injury, did not practice on Friday and will not play today. He is among the 49ers’ inactives. Green’s absence means that cornerbacks Darrell Luter Jr. and Chase Lucas will see increased playing time. Additionally, cornerback Eli Apple has been elevated from the practice squad and is active to provide further depth.

Other 49ers players listed as inactive include wide receiver Jordan Watkins (calf), defensive tackle C.J. West (thumb), linebacker Nick Martin, running back Jordan James, and wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

As for the Jacksonville Jaguars, wide receiver Dyami Brown will miss the game due to a questionable status from a shoulder injury. The Jaguars’ other inactives are running back Cody Schrader, offensive lineman Wyatt Milum (knee), defensive tackle Khalen Saunders Sr., defensive lineman Danny Striggow, linebacker Yasir Abdullah (hamstring), and safety Kahlef Hailassie.
