Sara Jane Moore, who tried to assassinate President Gerald Ford in 1975, dies at 95

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Sara Jane Moore, who was imprisoned for more than 30 years after her unsuccessful attempt to assassinate President Gerald Ford in 1975, has died.

She was 95 years old.
