**Department of Justice Seeks Examples of Judicial Hurdles in Cases Involving Attacks on Law Enforcement and Antifa**

The Department of Justice (DOJ) leadership has directed federal prosecutors to submit examples by Friday of obstacles they have encountered with judges when handling cases related to attacks on law enforcement and Antifa.
The DOJ outlined key focus areas in a bulleted list, which included:
– Assaults on law enforcement
– Obstruction of immigration authorities
– Investigations into certain “domestic terror organizations, such as Antifa”
– Interstate threats
– Doxxing and hoaxes
A DOJ spokesperson emphasized, “Courts exist to apply the law, not invent policy from the bench.” The statement continued, “The Department is committed to strengthening our litigation posture at every level so we can better defend public safety initiatives and prevent activist judges from undermining the rule of law.”
