Nov. 10 (UPI) — Netflix is previewing Season 2 of *Owning Manhattan*, which delves into the intense world of “all-out real estate warfare.”
This season will follow Ryan Serhant’s brokerage team as it grows to around 1,000 agents, all competing to close deals despite a tight housing inventory.
“What makes our firm special is if you don’t sell, you can’t be here,” Serhant told Netflix’s Tudum. “So it’s all-out real estate warfare.”
The trailer, released Monday, offers a glimpse of the challenges Serhant faces as the stress of managing his business begins to take a toll.
“I just feel like there’s so much pressure sometimes that I just can’t take it,” he admits in the preview.
*Owning Manhattan* Season 2 is set to arrive on Netflix on December 5.
