JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – There is a large police presence following reports of an overnight standoff in Arnold.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the standoff began late Monday night and involves a barricaded person wanted by the department. Authorities believe the suspect is armed.
In addition to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, multiple law enforcement agencies are on the scene assisting with the situation. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
