Posta Boy, the talented rapper known for songs like “Jurassic Harlem,” has reportedly passed away at the age of 43. “Jurassic Harlem” notably sampled John Williams’ iconic Jurassic Park score, showcasing Posta Boy’s creative approach to music. He first gained widespread recognition as the inaugural winner of BET’s *106 & Park* Freestyle Friday, where his impressive seven-week winning streak earned him a well-deserved induction into the show’s Hall of Fame.

In a previous interview with *All Hip Hop*, Posta Boy openly discussed his battle with cancer. He first noticed swelling near his testicles, which led to an emergency surgery to remove one testicle. Subsequently, he underwent five months of chemotherapy aimed at shrinking the cancerous mass that had spread to his kidneys.
When Posta Boy finally had surgery to remove the mass, it lasted nearly 12 hours due to the tumor’s entanglement with his liver and other vital organs. During the procedure, he revealed that he nearly lost his life.
