Watermark has relocated its Annapolis City Dock operations to the end of Prince George Street to accommodate the multi-year City Dock renovation. This move ensures that the company’s cruises continue operating without interruption, including the iconic Harbor Queen.

### Rapid Move Keeps Cruises on Schedule

“We’ve known this was coming for some time,” said Watermark president Jake Iversen. “So we were ready to move our operations a few hundred feet down the seawall to the end of Prince George Street.”

Within hours, Watermark repositioned the Harbor Queen—its floating operations office—along with several smaller vessels and the ticket stand.

“It was a great team effort,” Iversen added. “We had a field trip with 130 students scheduled for the noon Annapolis Harbor Cruise, and with some timely communication and coordination, we got the kids onboard at the new dockage without missing a beat!”

### New Temporary Location

Guests will now find Watermark at **1 Prince George Street**, where the street meets the water. To reach the familiar Watermark ticket stand with the red umbrella, follow the fencing along the U.S. Naval Academy grounds toward the waterfront.

### Why the Move Is Happening

The City Dock renovation is a phased construction project aimed at protecting downtown Annapolis from flooding and sea-level rise. The work is expected to continue through 2027.

“This is a much-needed project, so the disruption to our operations is a small price to pay to ensure the vitality of Annapolis’ waterfront for future generations,” Iversen said.
