Chapel Hill Police Investigate Thursday Night Shooting
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) — The Chapel Hill Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 6:14 p.m. near the intersection of Franklin and Graham Streets. Upon arrival, they found a person with gunshot wounds.
The injured individual was transported to UNC Hospitals for medical treatment.
One person has been taken into custody in connection with the incident, according to police.
Authorities plan to release more details later this evening.
