NBA: Nikola Topic out at least 4 weeks after testicular procedure

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Nikola Topic will miss at least four weeks after undergoing a testicular procedure on Monday.

The team announced that the 20-year-old Serbian guard will be re-evaluated in up to six weeks to assess his recovery progress.

Topic was selected as the 12th overall pick in the NBA draft, and his absence is a setback for the Thunder as they look to build on their promising young roster.
