Maynilad lowers IPO price ceiling to P15 per share

MANILA, Philippines — Maynilad Water Services Inc. has reduced the maximum offer price for its initial public offering (IPO) from P20 per share to P15 per share after securing cornerstone investors.

This adjustment values the prospective equity deal at a maximum of P34.33 billion, down from the previous valuation of P45.8 billion.

The change follows the commitment of the International Finance Corporation.
