IMDb has released its list of Indian Cinema’s Most Prolific Headliners spanning the last 25 years, with Shah Rukh Khan leading the pack. The actors featured on this list have consistently appeared in IMDb’s top five movies over the past quarter-century.
According to the report, Shah Rukh Khan has starred in 20 movies within the top 130 over the last 25 years, dominating the period from 2000 to 2004. Even during years without a release, Khan maintained his popularity, frequently appearing on IMDb’s Popular Indian Celebrities list. In 2024, he remained in the Top 10 every single week.
Following Shah Rukh Khan are Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan, each with 11 movies in the top 130 list. Deepika Padukone holds third place with 10 movies, while Ajay Devgn ranks fifth with seven films.
### Other Notable Actors
Several other prominent stars have made a strong showing on the list:
– Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Rani Mukerji each have six films.
– Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Akshay Kumar each feature with five films.
