**Hong Kong-listed CS Capital Investment Acquires Minority Stake in Citystate Savings Bank**
MANILA, Philippines — Hong Kong-listed CS Capital Investment Pte. Ltd. has completed its acquisition of a minority stake in Citystate Savings Bank Inc.
The P735.9-million deal is set to enable the bank to expand its market reach and accelerate its digitalization efforts.
As a result of the transaction, the Cabangon-led Citystate Savings Bank has granted two board seats to representatives from CS Capital Investment, strengthening the partnership and strategic direction of the bank.
