Included in this funding is $47 million specifically allocated to enhance judicial systems, strengthen government structures, improve economic resilience, and support democratization efforts in both areas.

Prime Minister Carney addressed the press during a conference in Ottawa, Ontario, where he also spoke about recognizing Palestinian statehood.
