BRUSSELS, Belgium — Fallout from a cyberattack that disrupted check-in systems at several European airports extended into a second full day on Sunday. Passengers faced dozens of canceled and delayed flights as the situation continued to unfold.

Brussels Airport, seemingly the hardest hit, announced that it asked airlines to cancel flights in response to the ongoing disruptions. The impact of the cyberattack is expected to worsen for at least one major airport in the coming days.
